I planted winter garlic.
How will I know when it is ready to harvest?

Your garlic is ready to harvest when the foliage begins to turn yellow and dry out. when this happens, stop watering. Press any foliage over towards the ground and let it completely dry out. When this happens, you can dig the garlic. Clean the dirt off completely and let them continue drying if necessary, in a shaded location. Enjoy that garlic!
