I think your okra is still in the process of maturing. It can grow about 4' tall and wide and will flower well when the plants are old enough to produce flowers. Just be a little more patient with your plants. They are waiting for just the right temperatures to begin flowering. In the meantime, withhold fertilizer and keep the soil on the slightly dry side. I think you'll see flowers within the next few weeks. Enjoy your harvest!
