Sounds like the typical transplant shock and your holly should perk up in a week or so. I know it's worrisome but as soon as the roots establish in their new home your holly will resume growth. Just be patient with it. The wilting does not indicate a need for water so be careful not to overwater. One or two deep soakings per week (depending upon weather) is all your new holly needs. Enjoy your landscape!
