I bought 3 foxtale plams last year and this year they got hit by frost in Englewood Fl. The are brown and look dead--will they come back and if not what should I plant that will be more adapted to the area since I can't affort to replant.

Both Windmill and Pindo (Jelly) palms are cold hardy and should survive your winter weather so if you'd like to plant palms again, choose one of these. If you'd rather plant a flowering tree, how about a crape myrtle, eastern redbud or an ornamental cherry tree?
