|The most common cabbage pest is the cabbage worm. If that's what you're finding on your cabbage, use Bt (bacillus thuringensis) which is sold as Dipel or Thuricide. It targets only caterpillars. If you're finding other types of insects on your vegetables (including tomatoes), you can use Rotenone (Rotenone Garden Dust by Bonide) or Rotenone Spray. Be sure to apply according to label directions.
