Last fall we had 2 Endless Summer Hydrangeas planted in front of our house. This spring we had to take out a 60' maple tree that was shading them. We must move them to a shadier spot in our yard. How many hours of sunlight should they receive to grow? Is morning sun better? HELP!! Thank you. Linda Stapleton |
Four hours of morning sun is all your plants will need to thrive and bloom for you. Morning sun is best - hydrangeas tend to wilt in hot afternoon sunshine. Best wishes with the move! |
