|I have container gardens (strawberries and herbs). Is it a problem for them to be under a flourescent light at night? Should I try to move them away from where the light is? By the way, I am in Southern Maine.

|Your plants need about 16 hours of light a day but they also need a period of darkness at night so they can rest. You might be able to set up a temporary shade at night so they are in total darkness, or you may need to physically move them to a darker area at night. Without a resting period, the plants won't remain healthy for very long.
