My red rosebush has tiny tiny white insects on the stems. I assume they are aphids. What do I use to get rid of them? Thank you!

If they fly away when disturbed, they are whiteflies. If they do not fly away, they may be aphids. Either one can be controlled with insecticidal soap (repeat sprays) or with a neem oil based product such as Rose Defense. Be sure to apply according to label directions.
