|You can add lime to your acidic soil to sweeten it up a bit. How much to apply depends upon what the pH reading is now. Have your soil tested or test it yourself with a soil test kit (at your local garden center). The package of lime will indicate how much to use depending upon the soil's pH and how much you need to change the current pH.
