Lantana likes things hot and dry. It's okay to water them twice a week when you first plant them but in 2-3 weeks they should be established and should be able to get along with one deep soaking per week. Try cutting back on the water and pruning the tips of your plants back an inch or so. Pruning will encourage healthy new growth and new growth is where the flowers develop. I'm sure your lantana will perk up soon. Enjoy!
