|You can try growing water lilies in an aquarium indoors. You'll need the same full spectrum fluorescent lights as come standard in a hooded aquarium so check your local pet store for a hooded aquarium. Water lilies like warm water - about 70F, and lights on 12-14 hours a day. Plant your water lily in a plastic or terra cotta pot and set it in the aquarium, then add water. You can disguise the pot with other plants or with aquarium gravel. Have fun with your project!
