Could you please tell me if this plant is a one time bloom? They all have bloomed already and no new buds? The plants are turning yellow and they look like they are dying.

Ranunculus usually rests after flowering. When they have finished resting they will send up new foliage and new flowers. When the leaves die down you can remove them from the garden. Then just wait and watch. When the plants have rested, and when the weather is just right, you'll see new growth and new flowers. Best wishes with your ranunculus!
