I have wild mushrooms and toadstools growing several places in my flowerbeds. How can I get rid of these plants without killing the flowers?

The mushrooms are growing because of decomposing organic matter - either from an organic mulch or from dead roots or other organic debris in the soil. Rake the mushrooms out of the garden and try to fluff up the soil or the mulch to increase fresh air at the surface. This will stop the mushrooms from growing in the future. Best wishes with your garden!
