the leaves on my rose bushes are curling. what could be causeing this

If the leaves are curling under they are probably being attacked by an insect. Turn the leaves over and check for aphids, spidermites, or other insect pests. When these insects feed on the fluids within the leaves, the leaves become distorted and curled. You can hose them off your plant or use a neem oil based product such as Rose Defense to control the pests.
