i have two gardens of mint one of the garden has a weed blocker placed down and is strictly garden soil bought from home depot the other doesn't have weed protector but i did put a lot of soil there the one that's not blocking the outside soil and weeds grow bigger then the one that does?

I'm not sure I understand your question. It's true that weed block fabric will keep most weeds from growing but if it is ripped or torn, weeds can grow right up through it. Most soils have weed seeds in them and if you added soil to the area, you may have imported weed seeds along with the soil. Hope this answers your question.
