There's no single shrub that will flower year around but there are lots of flowering shrubs that you can include in your landscape that will provide interest if you choose spring, summer and fall blooming shrubs. This way you'll always have something in bloom. Azaleas, camellias, roses, spirea, abelia, lilac, and rhododendrons are great shrubs for your gardening region. Best wishes with your landscape!
