worms - Knowledgebase Question

i have a house plant for about a year now. it is growing very nicely.the other day i noticed a good size worm in the soil. half scaerd i removed. i saw other one. what do i have here. How do i get rid of them witout destroying the plant. iwill to repot soon. i am scared of them.help.

How odd to find a worm in the potting soil! I'd simply repot the plant now, using fresh potting soil. You can dump the old potting soil out into your garden. The worms will go down into the soil and help aerate it for you. Enjoy your houseplant.
