Palm food, Ironite and adequate water are about all your palms need to remain healthy. As the fronds age they tend to turn yellow and, with Queen palms especially, the ends of the fronds can look brown and frazzled. At this point they should be removed. Wind can also damage the fronds. I wish I had a solution to share. Palms require regular feeding - usually 3-4 times a year so follow package directions on amounts (which varies with the size and age of your palm) and be sure to feed on a regular basis. I think you'll see an improvement as new fronds emerge. Hope so!
