I just dug up a garden and I don't know how to store the tulip and daffodil bulbs until Fall when I would plant them.

There's no need to store them - go ahead and replant them in your garden now. Many gardeners leave the bulbs in the ground all year around and they naturalize or multiply and fill an entire garden bed. Just go ahead and replant them now.
