| Lettuce is a cool season plant that will bolt (send up a flower stalk) when the weather gets too hot. I'm afraid that yours is beyond hope at this point. You can collect the seeds and plant them this fall or you can simply pull the plants out of the ground and plant fresh seeds in the fall. To take their places in the garden, you can plant radishes, carrots, or summer squash. Enjoy your garden! |
