I purchased a rose bush in a plastic bag. It had paper around the roots. It did not state whether to plant with or with out the paper so I planted with. Should I dig it up and remove the paper? Thanks Pam

As long as you removed the plastic bag, your rose should be just fine. The paper will decompose rapidly in moist soil.
