I have a bouganvillia basket that was blooming great for about 1 month and now nothing. it gets about 2 hours morning sun and 2-3 late afternoon sun. in between is part sun. is that the problem. i have not been overwatering and i have been giving bi-weekly doses of 13-13-13. I do see some new growth. about 1 inch on the branches of darkish red/purple new growth. Thanks. I live in Birmingham.

I don't think there's anything wrong with your bougainvillea. These plants bloom on about a 5-6 week cycle. First they grow, then they bloom, then they rest for a few weeks. Once they've rested, they will grow and bloom again. Hope this answers your question.
