I planted hydrangeas three days ago in a deeply shaded area. The tag says part sun. Will they do well there, or should I move them to a sunnier spot?

Your hydrangeas may not bloom well for you if they don't get about 4 hours of morning sunshine. Climbing hydrangeas can take more shade than the shrub types. If you planted climbing hydrangeas, you won't need to move them. If you planted hydrangea macrophylla (shrub hydrangeas) you'll want to move them to a site that gets morning sun and shade from hot afternoon sunshine. Enjoy your hydrangeas!
