Unfortunately It is impossible to give you a reliable list for your particular garden because the deer eat differently from area to area. In fact, I have seen deer eat many supposedly deer proof plants in my own yard! Unfortunately, hungry deer learn to adapt and eat whatever is available so the list for a given area gets shorter all the time. The best source for a list of such plants would be your neighbors -- they should know what the deer are and aren't accustomed to eating in your immediate neighborhood. To make it even more difficult, deer seem to follow routines and regular routes, so if your yard is on their deer trail and your plants are on their forage list, you have an ongoing problem. While some gardeners report success with the commercially available repellant sprays applied and reapplied according to the label instructions, and some report good results with home remedies such as soap and human hair spread among the plants, in my experience the only certain solution to the problem is a fence. I'm sorry you have deer in your garden.
