I have a potted pepper plant from last year, that came back this spring. It had some good sized fruit growing on it and then on 3 of them they started turning a sickly yellow color on one side. I cut them off of the plant and opened them, they had water in them. What do I do, is it from the sun or maybe a disease or bug? Help

It sounds like oedema which is a condition in which the fruits and sometimes the leaves become swollen with excess fluid. You did the right thing in removing the peppers from the plant. Now that the weather is sufficiently warm, any future peppers your plant produces should be just fine. Best wishes with your pepper plant!
