MY NEIGHBERS BAGWORMS ARE COMING OVER AND EATING THE LEAVES ON MY ROSES AND GETTING IN MY TREES AND THEY ARE NOT FUR TREES. HOW DO I KILL THEM

A product called Bt (bacillus thuringensis), sold as Dipel or Thuricide will take care of the crawling worms. Once they set up housekeeping you'll need to pull the bags out of the trees and shrubs and destroy them to control the pests. Best wishes with your garden!
