what product will prevent rabbits from eating tomato plant w/o harming plants?

While you can use deterrents on ornamental plants, it's not a good idea to use them on edible plants. The deterrents are nasty tasting and while they may not harm you, they will certainly change the flavor of the tomatoes! I'm afraid caging your plant is about your only option. You can make a cylinder out of hardware cloth or chicken wire (with the smallest openings) and set it over your tomato plants to act as a barrier against the bunnies. Best wishes with your tomatoes!
