My Rudbeckia has black spots on the leaves. the leaves curl up and get ugly. How can I stop this? I do not see bugs.

Rudbeckia is susceptible to fungal disease and I suspect that's why you are seeing black spots on the leaves. Ortho Garden Disease Control (chlorothalonil) and copper-based fungicides such as Soap Shield are labeled to control fungal leaf spot diseases on rudbeckia. Be sure to apply according to label directions.
