I STARTED NASTURTIUM & SWEET PEA FROM SEED. FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS AND THEY ARE DOING WELL. THE NASTURTIUM SAYS FOR BETTER BLOOMS NOT TO OVER FEED. WHAT AND HOW MUCH TO FEED THE NASTURTIUM & SAME WITH THE SWEET PEA

To be honest, neither one will need to be fertilized. They get the nutrients they need from the soil. You can topdress with an inch or two of compost, though. As the compost decomposes it will leach nutrients into the soil which will make available trace amounts of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium (the same 3 minerals as listed on fertilizer labels). Both plants like lean soils so don't feed with a packaged fertilizer. Enjoy your flowers!
