My roses all of them are being eaten , holes in all of the leaves and my blooms looked gross. I purchased EcoSmart organic insect killer used that and it looked like it was doing the job. Then I noticed what looked like wasps landing on them and now leaves are being eaten again. The leaves look like they have gray spots on them and some look as though they have mold on them and are curling.

I'd be inclined to prune the roses way back to remove all the affected leaves and stems so the disease/insect problem doesn't spread. Once you've done that use a neem oil based product such as Rose Defense. It will control both insects and diseases on your roses. Enjoy your garden!
