I have little holes in my vegetables. I believe it's the little white worms. I think it's why my garden is not doing so well this year. How do I get rid of the white worms?

You can control the little white worms with a product called Dipel or Thuricide. It is a botanical product that targets only caterpillars and it does a good job controlling them. Be sure to apply according to label directions.
