It is June 11th and I want to transplant my Catmint to another location in my garden - Can I do this safetly now

You can dig and transplant your catmint now. Expect it to wilt a little until the roots re-establish themselves. If possible, provide a little afternoon shade for a few days after replanting, just to help the catmint concentrate on root growth and not have to deal with hot summer sunshine.
