I live in Rialto, CA., it is June 12. I have some eucomis, peony, bleeding heart and heuchera bulbs that I never had the chance to plant earlier this year. My question is, can I still plant any of them this late?

You can plant them now. They may not bloom for you - or may bloom later than usual - but they need to go into the ground as soon as possible to remain healthy. Best wishes with your garden!
