I have seen what looks like an orange Tiger Lily along the roadsides in Missouri, and am wondering if someone can tell me what it is specifically. It seems to grow wild. I also would like to know where I can get seeds to grow it in my area. Thank you!!

I'm not sure exactly what the flower might be but I found a website with Missouri wildflowers listed. Check out the page: http://www.missouriwildflowerg...

There's also a USDA website with wildflowers of Missouri:
http://uswildflowers.com/wfque...

If you can't find yoru plant on these sites, try taking a close up photo, posting it on a site such as Flickr and sending us the link to the photo. We may be able to identify it for you.

Hope you find the name of the plant you're seeing!
