Pineapple pears usually ripen in August. You can pick them when they are still green and they will ripen indoors in about a week. Start harvesting a few in early August and see how long they take to ripen indoors and what the quality is when they do ripen. This will give you some idea of when the majority of your crop can be harvested. Sorry I can't be more precise but fruit ripening depends upon the weather and the maturity of the tree, and even how many pears are being produced by your tree in any given year. So, trial and error are about the only way to know for sure about your tree and the fruit it bears.
