You may be able to save your plant by unpotting it and cutting away the mushy or dead roots, leaving only the healthy roots attached to the healthy leaves. Use a sharp knife and cut straight down through the rootmass to remove everything around the healthy leaves. Then repot in a fast draining potting mix or even a cactus mix potting soil. Good luck with your project!
