Hello couple weeks ago I planted a fig tree(3 Ft. tall and full of fruit)in the middle of the yard, mixing some scotts top soil with the native, soon after the little tree lower leaves are yellow and if slightly touch, drop why is this and can I help? thanks. |
The symptoms could be from transplant shock or might indicate over watering, or they may not be a symptom of any problem at all. The lower leaves can simply yellow and drop from the plant for no reason at all. As long as you are seeing healthy new growth, don't worry about the older, lower leaves. |
