I planted tomatoes and this is the first year Ive had problems. I tested my soil PH & Phosphorus are good. Nitrogen & Potassium are non existant. What do you recomend for fretilizer and how much for a 320 square foot garden

You can use a fertilizer with a low middle number to get the nitrogen and potassium you need. Use a 10-5-10 or similar slow release fertilizer. About 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of fertilizer for a 320 square foot garden should do it. Work the fertilizer into the top few inches of soil and then water it in well.
