Would you suggest pruning squash and cucumber leaves? What is the best way to prune tomato plants?

If you pinch back the stem tips on your squash and cucumber plants, no new flowers will develop so unless you have all the squash or cucumbers you want, don't prune the plants back. Tomatoes can be pruned by removing the suckers that grow between the main branches of the plant. Since tomatoes produce flowers on new growth, if you pinch or prune your plants back, you may not get any more flowers. Hope this answers your question.
