Raspberry plants are susceptible to fungal, bacterial and viral diseases but each has specific symptoms - yellowing and browning leaves are common to all of the diseases (along with cultural problems). The only way to really know is to take a sample of the problem to your local cooperative extension office. Here's the contact info: CSU Cooperative Extension, 525 Dodge Street Delta, CO 81416. Phone: 970-874-2195.
