Last week I notice litle cotton like stuff on my berry garden when I try to touch it little jumping white bugs came out. It doesn't look like they are eating the plants, but I don't think they are doing anything good either, now they are all over the vegetable and fruit garden any suggestions? Thanks.

If the white bugs fly away when they are disturbed, they are whiteflies. They can be controlled with insecticidal soap sprays. Apply early in the morning or late in the afternoon when they are resting on the leaves. Good luck with your garden!
