i want to put out a garden i know its late so what plants can i still put out

You might still be able to set out tomato transplants (look for healthy plants in larger pots and shade them for a few days after planting to minimize shock) and you can plant seeds for beans, radishes, baby melons, and summer squash. Be sure to keep the soil moist while the seeds germinate. Avoid the cool season plants such as peas, greens, and broccoli or cabbage - wait and plant in August for a fall crop. Enjoy your new garden!
