|I have a rose bush that something likes both the buds and leaves. It is eating perfect holes in the the leaves and the flowers themselves. I have been through it thoroughly and the only thing I found was a little green grasshopper. Could he be the culprit? And if so, how do I stop him, organically.

|Lots of insects, from leaf cutter bees to caterpillars will feed on rose leaves. The grasshopper may feed on the leaves, but they usually make ragged holes. A neem oil based insecticide will control most leaf eating pests. Try a product such as Rose Defense on your rose bush. It has some residual effect and it will also help prevent fungal diseases. Best wishes with your rose bush.
