The answer really depends upon the types of bulbs you're growing. Spring blooming bulbs can be transplanted into the ground after the foliage dies down and the bulbs go dormant. This usually happens about this time of year. Summer blooming bulbs should be allowed to grow and bloom this summer and then be planted in the ground this fall. Best wishes with your bulbs.
