|Hello. I planted tall fescue grass seed early spring. When the weather was cooler it was doing well. It has stopped growing and is turning brown. I know it is a cool season grass but will it return when the weather cools down also is it possible to now plant a warm season grass along with it. Thanks for your help

|Kentucky bluegrass can tolerate the heat, as can bermuda. I'd overseed with bluegrass. The leaf texture and color will closely match the fescue so when they are both actively growing your lawn will look terrific. Overseed now and keep the lawn well watered. The bluegrass seeds should germinate in 7-10 days and help green up your lawn. Enjoy!
