bought 3new rose bushes from HomeDepot, 2 doing great but 1 the leaves keep yellowing and dropping off? is this soil or pest problem? any websites available to identify issues and care?

Yellowing leaves can be the result of over watering (if the yellowing is all over), a fungal disease (see any spots?) or it might simply be the natural shedding of older leaves, especially if they are scattered throughout the plant, mostly towards the center and lower parts of the shrub. Or, it might even indicate a need for feeding. Hope this helps you determine just what's going on with your rose bush.
