| We have planted Romaine Lettuce and they are doing great. How can you tell when it is ready to be picked and how do you do it. Once picked will it grow again?

|You can harvest romaine lettuce by breaking off the outer leaves and leaving the center alone. It will continue to produce leaves until the weather gets hot. The leaves are edible at any size, from 3" tall and larger. The smaller the leaves, the more tender and tasty they will be. Just keep breaking the outer leaves off and your plants will continue to grow. Enjoy!
