I read many of the prior q's on peace lilies. Mine was large leaf, all turned brown, and only a few smaller green ones have returned. Some grow brown. It's sad like Charlie Brown plant but special as it was given to me at my mother's mem service. Repotted a yr ago but still have low leaf output, no blooms, and majority leaves brown. Could poor drainage cause ALL of this? Or dry air? Will try fert. |
Poor drainage is the most fatal of all the conditions you mention; dry air will cause leaf browning; low light exposure can also cause poor leaf growth. You can feed your peace lily but you may also want to repot it into a container that drains well, set it in a brighter location, and make sure it's not in a draft from an air conditioner or heater. I hope your plant recovers soon. |
