DEAR SIR,

I JUST BOUGHT AND POTTED SOME HIBISCUS PLANTS. ONE OF THE PLANTS BUDS ARE FALLING OFF THE PLANT. I FERTILIZED THE PLANTS WITH A FERTILIZER FOR PLOWEING PLANTS. PLEASE ADVISE.

Sounds like a little transplant stress and your hibiscus is dropping the flowers in favor of establishing its roots. In a couple of weeks it will adjust to its new growing spot and will stop dropping those flower buds. Hibiscus blooms all summer long so you'll only miss a few weeks of blooms. Best wishes with your new hibiscus.
