|I purchased 3 Eastern Concord Grape vines about 3 weeks ago and they appear to be dying. I've only watered them twice a weeks per instructions but the leaves are wilting. Any suggestions?
Thanks In Advance
|Since your grapevines are only recently planted I think what you're seeing is some transplant stress. Grapes are quite vigorous once they establish their root systems so they'll perk right up once they settle in. There's not much else you need to do to help the process along. One or two deep soakings per week are all your new grapevines need. Once you see new growth you can prune off anything that died during the adjustment phase. Best wishes with your grapevines.|
